出張でコルカタから地方空港へ移動する際にトランジットとして宿泊しました。ホテル内も清潔でよかったです。ただ、蚊が多いので虫除けは必須です。

Just to let you know, we have beefed up the fumigation process. Mosquito repellants are being plugged on in every room. We are also providing the ODMOS gel on request. We have increased the number of incense sticks and diffusers in placed in the hotel. We are doing our best to keep our guests comfortable. 朝食の配慮がすごく丁寧、そして全て美味しかった。 プールも時期的なものかもしれませんが、ほぼ一人で使用でき、満足。 お風呂はバスタブがなかったのが残念で9点です。

食事は美味しいしスタッフもとても感じがよかったです。特にビュッフェのスタッフはみなとてもよいほがらかでよかったです。部屋も問題なし。シャワーのドアが少しだけ閉まりきらないので水が外に漏れるのはご愛嬌でしょうか。 二つだけ改善して欲しいことが。 レストランの机が常に微妙に振動しています。たぶん下のショッピングモールのアトラクションか何かの影響だと思います。気にしなければ気にならないのでしょうが、あまり振動しない恥のテーブルに変えてもらいました。 あと、予約サイトなどに感想をぜひ送ってくれと、何回かリクエストされたのがなければ満点でした。きっとホテルの方針でゲストにリクエストしなければいけないのだろうけど。

ホテルのフロントの方の対応は丁寧であり、問題なし。ホテル内のレストランで食事もしたが、味は良く、従業員の方も緊張していたようだが、しっかりと対応してもらえた。部屋は室内スリッパも用意されており、アメニティも十分で不満はない。ただ、朝食に対して不満があった。一つは、ヒーターの入っていない食べ物があり冷たいままであったこと、一つは味付けが単調で飽きのものであったことである。朝食が満足できるものであれば、評価点はもっと上がると思われる。

タイトルの通りです。一つ目は、マナーが悪い宿泊客がいましたが、ホテルの対応がもう少し良くできたのではないかということです。2泊目の晩に部屋で寝ていたところ、午後10時頃から外の廊下で携帯電話で話す声、夫婦喧嘩をしているような声、そしてドアを大きな音を立てて閉めるような音が立て続けにおきました。 すぐに止むと思って我慢していましたが、ドアを大きな音を立てて閉めるような音が断続的に続くので、室内の電話機からSwiss Serviceへ善処するようお願いしました。 しばらくは止まったようでしたが、それからまた騒音が始まり、記憶にある限りは午前3時頃まで続きました。非常識な宿泊客が自ら改めない限り、ホテル側としては対応が難しいことは理解しますが、30分置き毎に現場に行き状況の確認を行うとか、廊下は監視カメラで監視しているでしょうから、それをチェックし、まだ問題があるようであれば対応する、等のきめの細かい対応が出来たのではないかと考えます。あとは壁が薄いのか、近くの部屋の物音(トイレの音や諸々)が聞こえやすいように感じました。 あくまでも主観ですが。二つ目は朝食についてです。部屋にあるホテル案内を確認したところ、朝食は午前6時半からと書かれていたので、1日目は午前6時半過ぎにカフェへ行きましたが、フルーツはカット中、ジュースは無く、準備中の状態でした。 また、調理済みの料理(野菜とかグラタン等)を取り分けて食べたところ、全て冷たい状態なので驚きました。 2日目は午前7時直前に行きましたが、どうように料理は詰めたいままでしたし、やはり準備中の状態でした。なお、2日ともオムレツを作って頂きましたが、こちらは大変美味しく頂きました。三つ目はエグゼクティブラウンジの開始時間です。チェックイン時には午後6時~8時に飲み物をラウンジでサーブすると聞きました。 午後6時10分頃にラウンジ行ったところ準備中で、ラウンジにいた女性からは午後6時30分からオープンと言われました。 チェックイン時の説明が間違っていたものと思います。また他のお客さんが、紙ナプキンを使おうと思ったら、使用済みのナプキンが置いてあったとComplainされていました。なお、ラウンジの担当の女性の対応自体は大変ソフトで問題ないと思います。良い点としては、スタッフの方々の対応はFriendlyで感じが良いものでした。 特にジムのスタッフの方々の対応が良いと感じました。全体的には、不満足な点が目立ってしまった滞在でした。

The harmful effects of second-hand and third-hand smoke and the fire dangers caused by smoking indoors are simply too great to ignore. However, though smoking is not permitted within the guestrooms, guests who smoke may choose to do so at designated outdoor areas. We even have a higher category room assigned for the purpose.
