Staff were great as you would expect. Breakfast was legendary but very disappointed that Beaumont bar was closed as was the pool. Savoy grill was average and needs a rethink.

We greatly value and appreciate your kind words about the staff and especially the breakfast. We are sorry for the disappointment caused by the Beaufort Bar not being open during your visit last week and we regret that the pool had to be temporarily closed. These were most unfortunate situations and we are truly sorry that you did not have the full Savoy experience. As you may be aware, the Savoy Grill is managed by the Gordon Ramsay team, rather than the hotel. We always take care to pass on any feedback from our guests for the management team to review. It is important that they maintain the same high standards and reputation as the rest of the hotel. We hope you will consider returning to The Savoy again in the future, as we are excited about the reopening of the American Bar over the coming weeks and to potentially extend the opening hours for the Beaufort Bar. We are as keen to get all the hotel's facilities open as soon as possible now that the current restrictions are being eased and we welcome onboard new colleagues. We had come up from Dorset for our son and his partner's 30th birthday wiih our other son and daughter. The Savoy could not do enough to make sure our weekend with the family went well. A slight disappointment was the Gordon Ramsey savoy grill resturant where our table for 6 was shoe horned in by the main walkway and a service station. The resturant staff did move us eventually. Sadly the Maitre D kept away. I think there would be less foot traffic on Waterloo Station in rush hour ,I afraid feeling special was missing from the event.lunch here is altogether more relaxed event.

Beyond all expectations. In booked The Savoy as a birthday treat for my daughter. We had a wonderful time. Staff are friendly and the doorman in particular made us feel super special by greeting us by name. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautiful.

Brilliant service and friendly staff. Slightly disappointed with 'The Grill' , we had the set meal 'Prix Fixe' for 5. The extras, drinks, vegetables, water etc, almost doubled the bill. Overall a fantastic meal, with attentive staff.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay celebrating our anniversary. The check in was easy the staff extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight problem with our afternoon tea but head butler Sean was brilliant and resolved it for us to our satisfaction. Checkout was easy also and our whole experience was lovely. We also had a meal at the savoy grill and that was fantastic also.

Absolutely flawless! From arriving 6 hours before official check in, to going back for our luggage on the day of departure, our stay was faultless. Our suite was simply beautiful, the service, perfect, the breakfasts, to die for, the Savoy Grill, heavenly and the pop up restaurant, fantastic. Every member of staff, from the Maids through to management were so attentive and polite. The current Covid situation didn't spoil our stay at all and we can't wait to return.

We had a great experience although some parts of the hotel were closed. We particularly enjoyed the bar where the staff were attentive and very friendly.

We were extremely well looked after, felt safe and cared for and when some or our plans changed and we had to rearrange certain bookings in the spa and restaurants we were accommodated. Our room was fabulous, as was the view and we were sad to leave. Service was the best I've ever experienced and helped to make this one of the most memorable breaks I have ever had.
