Nice and pleasant stay as expected from the Fairmont brand. Club lounge attendant (Opal) was knowledgeable of the area where to go as we only visiting DC for 3days. She is friendly and easy to strike conversation that make our stay memorable. Housekeeping was great, everything to perfection. The housekeeping lady was kind if we have specific time to have the room service. Highly recommended Holly and family feom Australia

Everything was first class except the temperature of the banquet and meeting rooms which was MUCH TOO COLD!

My room accommodations were great, and I was able to control the temperature of my room. All staff members were very accommodating and helpful. I was also very please with the quality of the food that was provided for breakfast, lunch and the cocktail hour.

Great location. Super clean and nice. Great service and amenities!

I really enjoyed my stay. The gym is an amazing benefit. I had hoped there would be a breakfast included but it’s understandable. The hotel is beautiful and clean and a wonderful stay. A few notes that would have made my stay a 10: there was tea and coffee in the room but no water or container to get water from the fountain outside. My room was also in front of one of the service doors so it was difficult to sleep given the doors kept slamming at all hours of the night and early morning.
