We loved our stay at the hotel. It was so neat to be in a place with rich history. It felt like we had stepped back in time, in a good way! The staff was so kind and friendly and treated us like royalty. It was our first time ever getting valet parking! I do have one complaint, and it's not related to the hotel so I know you have little control over this. We went out shopping and went to the market for dinner. The number of drug addicts smoking crack pipes and shooting up was very concerning. People were passed out everywhere on the side walks, and they were clearly using the bus stops as outhouses. Some of them scared the living daylights out of my youngest daughter. It was like being in the walking dead. These people need help!

elevators are unsafe anyone can follow into elevators. which did happen to me someone followed me into hotel. chair in my room. leather was worn off.

Lovely experience from check in to check out - Guy & Samuel at the concierge desk were so personable- it was nice having the water available in the room complimentary- was a little surprised we could hear conversations of people staying in the room beside us and could hear movements in their room
