I was on vacation with my husband and dad to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our stay at The Hamilton Princess exceeded my expectations. We were greeted by valet Robert who helped get us to the Fairmont Gold lounge and settled in our rooms. The lounge crew was amazing. Aisha, Viktoria and Kai helped us plan our days and set us up with a taxi tour around the island. Rolly, Paschal, George, and Peter were so attentive and caring. They sang to me on my birthday and made the day start off special. I miss my morning cappuccinos that they all made superbly. We cannot wait to return for another relaxing vacation. Definitely one of my top 5 vacations, and we travel a lot.

My wife and I are recently retired, and we decided as our first excursion during this time to visit Bermuda for the fourth time, and the Hamilton Princess for the third. I must admit that I selected the Fairmont Gold option for the first time on the hotel website without realizing it, but after the truly amazing service we experienced from the Gold Team over our five-day stay I would not choose any other option! We were checked in at and given a tour of the Gold Lounge by Pearl, and we knew right away that we were in excellent hands. We would particularly like to thank Rolly, Peter, Pascoal, George, Vitoria, and the two other young ladies (who were not on duty when we left, so we did not record their names) at the Gold desk for taking such spectacular care of us whenever we visited the lounge for breakfast, high tea, or dessert. The attention paid to us and our fellow guests truly made us feel like family, and we heard literally dozens of mentions of this by our fellow travelers. In addition, both the indoor and outdoor Gold lounge facilities are comfortable, well-maintained, and attentively stocked with food and drink. We are New York City residents and can be quite demanding when it comes to service, but the Gold Team left no stone unturned when it came to anticipating and reacting to our every want and need! We departed for home quite reluctantly, but we will be sure to return, and will certainly choose the Gold option. One thing to note that may not be apparent from the website: the Gold option does cost a bit more, but even for just two people, the included breakfasts and desserts more than make up for the difference provided the services are utilized. For larger groups, this effect would be even more pronounced. We had two dinners at the Crown & Anchor restaurant and one at Intrepid, which is a bit more upscale. All these meals were fantastic! We did walk out one evening for dinner to revisit the Portofino restaurant (about four blocks from the hotel), which was also great as always! We will be back and will definitely select the Gold option again!

O hotel é uma galeria de arte, que só por si vale a visita mesmo não ficando hospedado. O staff muito simpático, super atenciosos, a comida variada e bem servida. O quarto excelente, com uma cama bem grande e espaçosa. Sempre tudo muito limpo e com grande cuidado. A vista para o mar é bonita, com tons de azul típicos do caribe. A localização é boa, a cidade não é grande dá para andar a pé por todo o lado e fica a 10 minutos do cais dos ferrys.

O hotel tem lindas obras de arte mais é velho. O quarto é limpo mais tem um ar condicionado que parece uma turbina de aviao. Achei caro paro o que é. Tinha um casamento e eu escutava o som altissimo do quarto so pude dormir as 11:30 quando acabou. É linge da praia. Banheiro muito pequeno
