Did not receive as accor all gold member my welcome drinkt voucher for me and my wife

For over a year and a half, the drink voucher has been digitized within the ALL Accor app; consequently, physical vouchers are no longer issued upon arrival. Your drink voucher was indeed available in the app during your stay at our hotel; you simply needed to visit the hotel bar at any point during your stay to claim your welcome drink. Cordially
