Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay, especially if you plan to go to Shanghai Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland with a pre booking with the receptionist. The room are clean and spacious. The staff are very hospitable even though they speak very few English. Language is not a main problem as I speak basic Chinese, but I cherish their hospitable attitude. Without us to actively inquire, Mr.Ziqiang Wang has actively helped our family many things from carrying our luggages to the room, giving us all the information that we need and make sure we are comfortable. We truly appreciated his sincere hospitality. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance. 上海客萊福諾富特酒店是一家非常舒適的酒店，特別適合計劃前往上海迪士尼樂園的客人。從酒店到迪士尼樂園有免費的穿梭巴士，需要提前在前台預訂。房間乾淨而寬敞。即使工作人員的英語能力有限，他們非常熱情好客。語言對我來說不是主要問題，因為我懂一些基本的中文，但我很珍惜他們的熱情態度。王自強先生積極幫助我們家庭處理了很多事情，從攜帶我們的行李到房間，提供我們所需的所有信息，確保我們感到舒適。我們真心感謝他的真誠好客。如果有機會的話，我一定會再次入住這裡。

Booked an executive room at the hotel for a night in order to visit Disney. Family room was spacious and had a Disney theme. Unfortunately the room was very close to a busy railway track and we found this disturbing. The other, more annoying problem was that we booked an executive room with lounge access, only to be told that the lounge was now closed. The hotel made little attempt to placate us by giving us a free meal or breakfast (which we expected as part of executive lounge access). The hotel is tired and not as the Accor website sells it as and it’s not really an international hotel which you’d expect from a Novotel. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night

Loved this hotel. Felt more like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. The reception was impressive and I do not often get impressed. The rooms were also spacious and the shower was like at a spa with rain shower. Really recommend this hotel if you want a hotel close to the airport. It took 20 mins by taxi to reach the hotel. Good value for money!

This is a good hotel to be near Disneyland with its regular shuttle to the park and also available shuttle to Pudong Airport. Service staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean. However the only qualm was that this hotel is located in an industrial area and there are no food outlets or convenient shops outside the hotel. There are food vending machines though. The metro is close by around 200 meters from the hotel.

Stayed a night due to distance to Pudong airport nearest. Platinum accor member but not feel expected. Had to ask for the welcome drink voucher to be issued, later found out complimentary dinner came with drinks eg wines but was not informed. Dinner buffet was cold and dried up. Not up to expectation for novotel. Room was good, but on second morning can smell some cigarette smell from room corridor even when whole hotel was suppose to be smoke free hotel. Very disappointed but this is in China.
