Het is niet voor niets dat ik nu al voor de twintigste keer in dit hotel ben geweest. Schoon, plezierig, fijne medewerkers en prima locatie.

Beste Roel, Hartelijk dank voor uw uitgebreide beoordeling van uw verblijf. We zijn verheugd te lezen dat u een prettig verblijf heeft gehad in ons hotel. Uw waardering voor onze medewerkers, met name bij de check-in, is voor ons zeer waardevol. Ook zijn we blij dat u tevreden bent over de hygiëne en het ontbijt. Wat betreft de internetsnelheid, het spijt ons dat deze niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Onze medewerkers staan altijd klaar om technische problemen direct op te lossen. Bovendien waarderen we uw positieve opmerkingen over de locatie en zijn we verheugd dat u ons hotel al twintig keer heeft verkozen als uw verblijfplaats. Die Handtücher wurden getauscht, obwohl ich es nicht angezeigt hatte. Das Bett wurde nicht einmal gerichtet!!! Sonst ok. Aber nochmals Ibis?

Es freut uns, dass Sie unseren reibungslosen Check-out-Prozess und die unkomplizierte Abreise positiv hervorheben. Leider entsprach Ihr Aufenthalt nicht vollständig unseren üblichen Standards. Unser Putzteam führt tägliche Reinigungen durch, wobei Handtücher nur bei Bedarf gewechselt werden. Gerne stehen unsere Mitarbeiter vor Ort für individuelle Unterstützung bereit, um solche Situationen direkt zu klären. I had previously stayed in Amsterdam South as the price of hotels is more acceptable with this being the reason we chose this one. The hotel initially felt a little far out but actually the tram made it really accessible to get into central Amsterdam but note the trams finish around midnight. I had stayed in an Ibis Budget before so I knew the rooms are basic but acceptable. My room lacked a table and seats, the second room I booked had them, so I am assuming it was damaged and never replaced. There was a self service shop downstairs but while convenient was a little pricey. We tried to buy hot drinks a couple of times but the English breakfast tea was never available after our initial cup. Also the cups supplied varied from size each and every time we asked for one, so some drinks felt better value for money than others. There is an automated pizza oven in reception which is a great idea, just a shame they were not stocked at all times as there were never any pizzas available when we got in late at night. Reception staff were ok, semi efficient but can’t say they were overly personable. They were all very young so maybe lacked the interpersonal skills a little
