Stayed 4 nights, room was quite small. Room needs a hanging space that is not over the place for your suitcase. Bed comfortable, house keeping good. Need a bin in the bathroom. Breakfasts average.

Overall good. All the staff was good..however. The one c hec king is in wasn't welcoming..she seemed to be confused Asked for an upgrade and she said all rooms are same and mentioned that she will give us top floor and instead gave us one. Below with a not so. Good view

Sheets and pillows weren’t changed in a 5 night stay, cleanliness was questionable in all 4 rooms and pillows were really poor quality. We stayed with other guests (total 4 rooms booked), one guest hd to be moved due to dirty showers and another was moved due to a gas leak, with no compensation given. i will definitely pay more to get better housekeeping and quality bedding on my next visit.

Only needed. Place to crash at night, and this hotel was perfect: compact budget room but all that that was required. False / unknown fire alarm at 1130pm was confusing & highly unorganised and worrying that nobody knew what was happening

Disappointing in some aspects. The breakfast/ staff in the kitchen were good. However, the night manager on the night of the 27th of December was totally inexperienced and unable to satisfactorily handle basic Customer Service 101 when a fire alarm was called. IMMEDIATE emergency training called for. ( An "emergency" that was never addressed by an announcement, by floor visitation, or general understanding of the seriousness of the situation -- note THIS WAS 11.40PM...when many clients were soundly sleeping -- further the floor emergency phone rang...and rang....and rang...no one in management answered.

Stayed here before and I like the location, room facilities and cleanliness. Perhaps think about attaching room number to the card key as I forgot to take the handwritten number on cardboard cover with me and upon returning to the hotel had to go to reception and provide ID.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. Being able to leave the bag at reception after checkout was very helpful rather than drag it round the city in very hot weather.

The process before arrival was frustrating. It was extremely difficult to get a tax invoice, to the point where I realized people weren’t reading my emails properly. This is needed for a lot of people for business purposes, and I cannot understand the bull headed refusal to give one when the room was paid for in full with a no refund package. The rooms were dusty and cold to the point where turning the airconditioner up made no difference, and the shower floor was dirty. While the hotel encouraged us to hang up our towels if we wanted to keep using them, I would still be met with a new set of towels every time I let room service in, to the point where I ended up with a ridiculous number of towels at the end with very few cleared.

Tv wouldn’t work :((

The tv would only work by turning on or off by removing power plug. The remote only worked for sound and channels and I couldn’t get subtitles All appliances should be checked for functionality before client use Also I received no notification that my payment went through when I booked and I had to pay again on arrival and the receptionist disputed the offer of breakfast being included and I had to show the email. Then at breakfast the next morning our room wasn’t on the list and I had to have reception provide details to kitchen to allow us the breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing as the eggs were cold and there wasn’t much variety
