We booked this hotel directly from their website and mentioned that we will be in Langkawi to celebrate our 33 years of wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to room 608 and I had a pleasant surprise when I stepped into the room. The bed was beautifully decorated with the ‘towels origami’. Special mention to Thapa & Khairul for their special touch. It really brightened our day. Overall, I loved the room; spacious & cosy and staff are welcoming. Thank you very much for making our days a memorable one.

We stayed at this hotel courtesy of a contest win. We got the pool access room much to our delight. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The venue of the hotel is strategic with lots of eateries around and the Cenang beach just opposite the hotel. The spa in the hotel was also good. The one time welcome drink which lasts until the end of your stay was nice. Things that could be improved: - the reservation staff kept sending us various vouchers with different validity dates which was confusing - when we had to change rooms due to an Aircond problem, the front office staff could have rendered a bit more help in locating our new room, rather than just tell us to "follow the same way" when there was actually a shorter way - the breakfast options could be more varied; staff on duty to be more attentive for eg cleanliness of mugs and teaspoons, and replacing mugs when the tray is empty

We stayed here because our previous visit was excellent. We love the location, the great value, it has a gym, great pool and friendly service. They look after Accor members and that means a lot. The room we stayed in was amazing with views, coffee maker, fresh water, panoramic views, and a very good room attendant (Nabin Hazziq. A big thanks to all involved for making our stay memorable.

We always stay at the mercure, but this stay was a let down, our room had an awaful smell and the bathroom flooded.

Would definitely come back cause my family likes the hotel so much. Service is good and facilities is nice. Beach is very near to hotel. Shout out to all the front office department crew, housekeeping team which prepare my room, kitchen and restaurant service crew which prepare and serve us. Lastly shout out to athira and badrul from 99 island bar for good cocktail 🍸
