Good location, close to the beach & shops with a big carpark. The pool is great, with a bar and music! The hotel staff are very friendly and the buffet had a nice selection. Our room was very clean with a modern bathroom. Would stay again, but I recommended paying extra for a pool view room

Loved the vibe of this hotel. Modern with excellent in-room facilities. Great breakfast and great pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent location for the beach and ‘strip’. Excellent customer services and friendly helpful staff. If ever we are in Langkawi again, we would stay here.

My first visit in Langkawi and obviously also in this hotel, too. It is situated in the middle of everything, and not far from the beach. My room was nice, but it was facing to the back, which was a "home" to a gang of stray dogs. And unfortunately I could hear them barking every night, which was not nice at all. The pool area was too small, or at least sun beds were taken all the time. Also the music was very loud there. Breakfast was extremely good, and the staff in the hotel was very kind and really helpful.

Our Platinum Accor Plus status was recognised upon check-in, and a very nice welcome plate of chocolate was awaiting us in the room. We were upgraded to a pool facing room on the ground floor; which was nice. The breakfast area wasn't crowded and very spacious; but the breakfast was very average. We did eat in the restaurant one evening, and the food was quite nice. Location-wise, although not in the beachfront, it is very close to the ocean, and close to all the shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. The only complain is that the towels were rather threadbare, and need to be changed asap. The pool towels were just fine! Great service, in the restaurant, at the front desk, and all around.

Lovely hotel. Love the room, layout, facilities, filter Water pipe provided, everything. Location was superb, my 1st time in Chenang so enjoyable walk to the beach, near to all nice shopping complex. It was a bit dark to walk back to the hotel from the main Road at 11pm. Food was also nice. Many selections. Used the gym, it was small but had all the necessary things. Pool was always full with swimmers but it was really infront of the entrance so maybe a no-no for me with the amount of view. Would come back with my family. This really made a great stay for me in Langkawi. Easier access to all tourist attraction.
