I thought the hotel did a good job and was well organized and worth the money spent and the food was good to

I loved my stay, was very comfortable. Made the 15 day quarantine easy. There was very little I didn't like about the stay. My only complaints about the entire experience was 1. A lot of knocking on the door, even when it felt unnecessary. Such as when they deliver food. I really didn't like hearing a loud knock every time, I would rather just check outside at the time I knew it was coming. 2. This might be unavoidable, but there was a lot of waste of plastics in the food process. So many bags used. Seemed wasteful. But because of the health risks, might be a necessary thing. 3. When I booked a time slot to visit the relaxation area, I expected to be there alone. But I went and there were 5 other quarantine guests there, in a small space, and none of them were wearing masks. I was the only one who kept my mask on the whole time. Some of them smoking cigarettes. The whole point of quarantine is to avoid contact during that time to avoid contamination of ourselves or others if we are the one who is infected. I did not visit the relaxation area again on my stay, because I was fearful of that experience. I absolutely hated that relaxation visit.

I had some very good experiences, but some of them were not so good, when I am in the room waiting to go out for the 30-40 mins, sometimes the staff were late, also when I was last one out it seemed I was first one back inside, and the staff did not understand me when I tried to explain I should be last one to go back in.

Overall, it‘s got all the basics. The stuff is friendly and well equipped in terms of Covid-19. I find food to be extremely repetitive and limited when it comes to the available choices. As well as the quality can definitely be improved. The walls between the rooms are relatively thin therefore whenever someone is talking on a phone, it can easily be heard.

Being a ASQ guest as far as possible experience was ok.

I was very impressed with all the covid precautions. The staff were very good. I have previously done 2 weeks in Korea in squarantine facility, your facility was far superior, better organised. Food menu was good.

Considering the current situation and requirements, I was very happy with my quarantine stay.

Hotel was clean and rooms were nice size ,bed was comfortable and food good

Everything good but, wish the hotel has open and close window. likewise ASQ, it is too much boaring without refresh. i know it is not simply modify but, just wish. excepting it, everything is fine and all employees are very kind and supportive. Great experience there in Novotel IBIS styles sukhumvit 4.

It was a lovely stay. The room was modern and clean. The wifi worked well. The food was delicious and the staff was polite.

Good location and staff

I only required room for 2 with shower. I booked with breakfast but found breakfast of a very poor standard! Even in these dire economic times!
