Mixed bag- reception was good. Food was good for dinner and breakfast was fine. Service staff varied- one was nowhere near as good as the the others ( handyman badge on) needed more customer skills training.

Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle - would have walked but had 3 bags. Shuttle bus is an absolute mess and should be replaced. Calls to reception went unanswered, on arrival not surprising why - only one staff member at the front desk. Took another 10 minutes to check in, meanwhile dripping in sweat. Then given a roomservice menu, only to call the roomservice number and be rudely told "we dont do roomservice". Rooms may be decent for a regional standard but need refreshing. No air conditioning in hallways.
