Checkin was Easy, staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to Wests Club for refreshments and meals. Breakfast served in Cafe in Club. Our room was large with king bed very comfortable, bathroom very modern as was the furniture in the room. Very clean. Lovely stay for a one nighter. Lovely pool and gym also we didn’t get to utilise unfortunately.

As a regular customer, I always find my stay at Mercure Tamworth pleasant and restful. However, I there are minor maintenance issues that warrant attention, such as lose taps and faucets and fittings needing tightening or in some cases resetting. For me the pillows are ‘horrible’ with the being no alternative to the uncomfortable ones provided. Fortunately, travelling by car allows me to carry me own pillows with me. Overall, I am happy with my stay and continue to keep Mercure Tamworth as my preferred venue.
