Overall great experience! JBL Speaker next to the bed was great addition. Room being quite small was the only downside!

Even after booking directly from ALL app, hotel doesn’t have any idea on what names bookings are. We were denied breakfast even though room booked was with breakfast. Room was not available at 5pm even though check in time was 2pm. To sort out all these issues, it took forever. I cant even imagine the issues if I book this hotel through third party apps.
