Pros and cons to be noted:- Pros: The stay was clean and satisfied. Amenities provided were in good quality. Everything was handy in the room. Famous Ming Cafe was located opposite of the hotel. Cons: Car park was charged at rate RM10 per entry and hard to find other car park at surrounding area. The room was installed with filtrated water thus no mineral water provided.

Not satisfied because the Room TV were down for 2 days out of my 3nights stay - reason server down.

This TV service should not be even happening for a Brand Hotel like ACCOR. Also the repair not resolving this problem show that there is no back up plan or even resolution to ease your customer who stays with you. A good PR would probably provide the customers who is affected with free drink or complimentary snack etc. to show the sincere hospitality to those who spent money to stay at the hotel. Disappointed with the response and non-reaction from this hotel management. Will not recommend.
