The hotel is well located in Miri city centre, the room is neat and tidy, the food however is a bit disappointing. Food for sahur should be the same as breakfast, but unfortunately it was 1/4 from what were offered for breakfast.

My husband need to go work when I come check in & check out with 1 toddler & 1 baby..and every staff help and make me easy to manage my children..thank u so much..that’s the best part i wont forget because i only experienced that with mercure miri so far…
