Hotel could not confirm rollaway bed for 2 year old the day before. No rollaway bed in room after check in. It arrived later❌ We will be back again!

Beautiful room, clean, staff were lovely. Booked through corporate but did not receive breakfast included as my colleague did. Well located. Would have liked a paper menu in the room for room service.

I was very nicely surprised when I found out my room was ready as early as 11:00 am - this helped me logistically very much. All the staff were very nice and accommodating in every way. Being Accor plus member for many years, I felt recognized and well welcomed. Location of this hotel is perfect, very close to China Town and charming Duxton area, also not too far from MBS. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast buffet could have a bit more choices but overall fairly good. Swimming pool is probably the lowest point of this hotel - the swimming pool is good length for a swim but there is a sense of neglecting in this part of the hotel, spa not working properly, sunbeds are not being taken care of, no service, no pool bar.
