We like Sofitel Tanjong Pagar as location is ideal and Staff were responsive and helpful, and attended to our request too.. Thankful for the complimentary blueberry tart for my wedding anniversary too. The only disappointment was we requested for daily housekeeping when we were asked during check in but were told there is no more daily housekeeping and need to be requested? However the team did send in their housekeeper promptly and I appreciate this.

While the room was well equipped and spacious, there is room for improvement for a welcoming front desk who seem like I am asking dumb questions like where the welcome drink was (answer - the app) . I do wish there is 24/7 in room dining for the time zone adjustment . My fave was the spacious bath and rain shower

can't really fault anything, but the only thing that somebody may have trouble with is maybe a lack of signage to find the hotel when first arriving, as it ( the check in lobby ) is on the 5th floor.

Everything from check-in to check-out was well-handled. I love the location and the service from all the staffs. Also I was given early check-in at 1pm which was very nice especially after morning flight that day. Eventho I noticed late after I settled into my room, which my room wasn’t upgraded as per the email that was sent to me before my arrival, but it wasn’t a big deal for me since I have already unpacked my stuffs and too lazy to pack and to request to move room again. Maybe, it can be slightly better if what’s being emailed to the guest is also being noted on the reservation so the guest don’t have to request or remind the front office again about it. It’s only a small thing, so please dont make this a big of a deal to the staff, i am still happy with my stay. Overall, great experience!

know what to expect, which is why I like returning. Probably would like to understand more how you upgrade your guests... I am always told I am upgraded, but the rooms are identical! Just a higher floor, but the view doesn't make a difference, so where is the impact of the upgrade?
