Room is small but comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro and within walking distance to the Praça do Comercio. A good range of food for the breakfast, although not much gluten-free food.

This was a very comfortable, very convenient base for our time in Lisbon. The bed was very good as was the sound proofing, and we slept soundly. We didn't make use of the amenities - we weren't really aware of any. The entrance from the street is somewhat awkward, and often means the footpath is blocked. Overall, a very good stay.

Having never been to Lisbon, I really didn't know where to stay. I am so glad I choose this Ibis Styles! I had just come from an Ibis in Porto and thoroughly enjoyed that one (near the Bolháo market). About a 5 minute walk from the Metro Blue Line, and only about a 15 minute drive from the airport and 25 minute drive from the Oriente station , this location didn't make getting to the main sights too difficult. But what really sealed the deal was the very tasty breakfast! Wow did the staff keep the buffet full, clean and everything so tasty. A!so, everyone at reception were so warm and welcoming! I will be back!

The hotel facility is ok . The rooms are badly isolated . The breakfast is average. The location is great . The staff are very kind but I was disappointed by the receptionnist attitude when I asked for a late departure given my All Accor Status.

We travelled with our 5 month baby and the hotel went all out to help with boiling water , giving us access to the microwave and throggout we had a very comfortable stay. The room size was good with a baby, so was the balcony. Would definitely return to this property when I travel again!

Causing inconvenience. Comfort breakfast ok. Requested late checkout was given only 1hr.
