Staff were very professional & friendly. I appreciate the customer skills of the staff, especially the reception staff Ms. Malleswari & Ms. Yamini were very cooperative and made our stay very comfortable. Also the Novotel airport counter staff Mr. Sai teja provided a great helping hand during our arrival & departure from the airport.

Wonderful staying experience . Welcoming is awesome. Malleswari done a pretty good job. Felt so happy and wow with her professionalism. The infinity pool was awesome. Views and staff response with hospitality was great. Great maintainance. Kudos to management for making sure your staff follows process and values strictly. The tea serving staff is also so kind enough to have a wonderful interaction.
