The Ocean view room was just beautiful. Checkin process was smooth. The Mini home theatre room was not cleaned, we thought to spend some time as an activity but could not as it was not opened from so many days. Also a feedback regarding the restaurant Staff as they need to be more trained on effective communication

This place is amazing. The view from the room and balcony is breathtaking. The staffs are courteous. I was asked in advance by Sri Lakshmi about any special occasions that we are coming to celebrate and I told her that we are coming to celebrate my daughter's second birthday. They decorated our daughter's room beautifully. They made her birthday special and all this was free of cost.

Our stay in Novotel Bheemili Beach Resort was a relaxing and quiet family time. All rooms have balconies looking out into Bay of Bengal. We had two corner rooms, and though one had a WiFi problem, the staff handled it fairly well. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious for a casual stay, though they are beginning to show wear as they age. We also brought our two dogs, and the rooms were spacious enough for them to move around. They especially enjoyed going around the large grassy grounds the resort has adjacent to the hotel. It is the only pet-friendly hotel I know of in Vizag, though some hotel staff are afraid of dogs. They should do more dog familiarisation with staff. The resort grounds are beautiful, and one has a variety of places to sit and relax. The rooftop infinity pool is large and clean, and our kids (and I) enjoyed the foosball and air hockey games. Meals were good in the ground floor restaurant, and I like that they have the right amount of options in the buffets - not too many and just enough. However, the rooftop restaurant, Teppanyaki, was not open apparently due to the lack of a key chef. We were hoping to try it. Staff made our stay enjoyable, though I feel the price is a little high for Bheemili.
