I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable and enjoyable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Morad, who welcomed us with open arms upon our exhausted arrival in the evening after our long-haul flight. His assistance in parking our car and ensuring our comfort set the tone for the rest of our stay. I also want to express my appreciation to Zakaria for arranging all the necessary accommodations to allow us a late check-out from our Grand Suite on the day of departure. His proactive approach to ensuring our convenience did not go unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredibly kind housekeepers, Manu and Puja, who meticulously tidied up our suite each day, sometimes even amidst the presence of our occasionally rambunctious children. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly pampered. I must also mention Krizzha at the Walima Restaurant, whose attentive service made our dining experience delightful, especially with her special care and consideration for our children.
