Very nice hotel very good service staff very friendly especially chef hurmat is doing great job during the breakfast ☕🍳 me and my family very happy 😊 in the morning 🌄 because the breakfast buffet was very fresh and so many varieties of vegetarian and non vegetarian the chef hurmat is very helpful and take caring all the restaurant customers thanks for all the service 🙏

Only one gate for both bathroom and toilet, service is sometime delayed, no complementary swimming suits

His attention to detail and skill in preparing a variety of delicious dishes made each morning a delightful experience. The room was clean, tidy and functional with no ‘frills’, good value for the price we paid. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, it really didn’t cater for us (from the UK). There were no milk/dairy alternatives (I can’t have cows milk) so I couldn’t have a cup of tea or have cereal/cheese/yogurt etc and my husbands tea was cold! As there wasn’t any bacon, eggs, etc we had to have just toast and for £10approx each, that’s expensive toast!!

Dear Ibis Styles Airport Hotel Team, I am writing to share my feedback about our recent stay at your hotel from 24th December 2024 to 4th January 2025. While we were initially looking forward to a comfortable and pleasant stay, several issues left us feeling disappointed. Firstly, there was no hot water available for three consecutive days, which was highly inconvenient, especially during the winter season. Despite raising this issue, it remained unresolved, which was very frustrating. Secondly, the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable and caused us significant backaches. When we approached the hotel staff for a solution, there was no effective resolution offered. Eventually, we had to request extra duvets and layer them on the mattress just to make it somewhat bearable. Additionally, on three separate days, we were not provided with fresh towels. We had to call housekeeping late at night to request them, which disrupted our plans and added unnecessary inconvenience. Cleanliness was another major concern. The cups provided in the room were dirty, the rugs were visibly stained, and the water jet in the toilet was very dirty, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. Lastly, the room lacked basic amenities. Aside from shower gel, no additional essentials such as cotton buds or other toiletries were provided. It would be considerate to offer a wider range of amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. We had chosen Ibis Styles for its reputation for comfort and service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations. I hope these matters are addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
