Loosing quality

I was a regular guest of Ibis Style Dubai and I was always very happy with the service and the quality of the infrastructure and service. This year i came back to Ibis and I was used to have the same quality, but i got disappointed from all the hotel and services in general. This time there was just one towel and not a hand towel, i called to ask and they said that they are not available anymore. The maintenance of the rooms decreased as well, things were broken. Breakfast was also worse than last year. I was very disappointed of what i experienced and i am very sad that the quality was lost.

Well located for transit passengers

The hotel is near the airport and the metro, only one stop from the airport to the Metro Station and 3 to 5 minutes walk from Metro station GGICO to the hotel, or 5 minutes drive by taxi. The service of the receptionist was very good. The room was spacious but not very clean. Breakfast was average. For transit passengers, this hotel may be considered.

it was ok this time. had requested for water on the day of check out, in the morning. didn't receive the bottle of water.

I've done so many trips to Dubai for Business and I needed this time to be close to the airport so I thought Ibis you can't go wrong ! Well how wrong can you be . Arrived at 02.30 after a day's traveling the room was ok but then you see there is no Tea or Coffee ,Toilet roll and 2 towels missing that's a good start. Well it just went on for a week of problems ! Fire alarm just in my room going off due to dust , 2 staff to clean between 50/58 rooms need I say more.
