Chloe helped us more than any other staff member in any other hotel in the world. She made it her mission to find parking for us, and at a good price. She gave us a list of her favorite local restaurants and businesses, a list we found incredibly usely, especially with the short time we hadmto enjoy Bayonne. She even took it upon herself to help us determine if the weather was going to allow us to drive through the Pyrenees! The most incredible thing about her is that you can tell she does this for everyone. A true gem, I hope the hotel recognizes it! As for the hotel, it is well located has a beautiful breakfast, the elevator is special, the rooms are well kept. We would most definitely return!

Hotel stylish and in great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and en-suite was spacious and clean and the bed a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was nice, with a nice selection of options. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is perfect- right in the center, but still very quiet. The front desk staff were always very helpful- helping us make dinner reservations, and giving us recommendations. We were very happy with our experience in Bayonne, staying at the Mercure Bayonne Centre.. Merci.
