viaggio organizzato dall'italia in pullman con 46 persone; 1 solo ascensore piccolissimo che contiene 2 persone ma non con le valigie.. camere tutte consegnate dal 4 al 6 piano.. persone in età a dover salire con valigie a mano. Camera piccolissima e con doppia porta che non rimane aperta..bagno altrettanto piccolo..unica piccola nota positiva la vista sulla senna.

The toilet seat / bowl COULD NOT BE ACCESSED in the room as it interfere with the sink furniture and leaves almost no space / so NO POSSIBILITY to seat on the toilets !!! As a man and for only a short night that was possible but but for women I don't think they can accomodate such a situation. And still the price is of>120 € for night + breakfast. I've been traveling for work for over 30 years and even in some remote AFrican location on mines I had never seen such a situation. The room number is 66 in the hotel. Hotel employees know about the situation and they told me this is subject to many complaints without any further action taken so far - they are themselves shamefull with this room. Also for employee cleaning the rooms, taking care of those toilets and area must be almost impossible.

Hotel inclassificabile , per fortuna siamo rimasti sono una notte. Camera piccola e con le porte che non si potevano aprire completamente perché zuccavano i mobili. Bagno minuscolo e non ben pulito. La camera aveva la vista sulla Senna ma nulla di bello e romantico. Colazione minimale. Ascensore minuscolo. Comodo parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’hotel. Prezzo basso ma non tornerò mai. Complimenti al personale che è molto disponibile.

A very nice one night stop over in Rouen. The Ibis is brilliantly situated near the centre and the balcony views lovely. Only the road works nearby caused me difficulty in getting to it, but they are temporary!
