Novotel Parma Centro Hotel 4 stars

My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights. The hotel was modern, really close to the station and only about 5-10 minutes walk from all the main sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean with everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel quiet so great for a good night's sleep. The bar area is nice with lovely aperitivi if you had a drink. Breakfast was superb with a great buffet with loads to choose from - both hot and cold food. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Parma.

This was a clean efficient hotel convenient for reaching the centre of town on foot, in our our case the opera house and close to the railway station. The staff were very pleasant and the room refurbished promptly. Breakfast was good with decent bacon, my personal test, and a general decent selection. I have sent a full complain but in summary - lizard in our room - poor management - rooms too hot - one shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights - armed police in the corridors at night

central hotel in Parma , hotel rooms are small service is good and reactive had a problem with hot water upon arrival , since they didnt manage to fix room was changed 24h after , we didnt ask for any compensation but hotel didnt think of any gesture or compensation.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant and drinks at the bar are excellent. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Great location, within minutes walk of the train station and old city, and not far from the highway. A great place to stay!

I'd expected better, despite a upgrade there was no proper chair of table in room 510, your check in area is horrible, most unusual not to have a proper check in area

CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH THOUGH WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR LUGAGE AS THE ROOM WAS READY. LOCATION IS QUITE CONVENIENT, REALLY TWO MINUTES FROM TRAIN STATION AND JUST 7 MINUTES WALKING TO HISTORIC CENTRE. ROOMS WELL APPOINTED AND MODERN. PLENTY OF SPACE. BREAKFAST BEGINS EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND WAS WONDERFUL. VERY NICE PLACE AND MANY CHOICES. EVERYTHING WE COULD THINK OF.

Comfortable room and bathroom. Large TV screen much appreciated. Even facing opposite the railway station, there some trains noise also during the night, upon opened window. Air conditioner not obvious to set of.

I haven't stayed in the hôtel but I got a full refund of my expenses even so it was a prepaid rate and really a last minute cancelation. Thank you for having accepted my exceptional situation and your friendliness in handling all this. I can only recommand such a service and engagement

Breakfast was perfect. The family room was not very spacious but was okay for one night. The big complain is about the price of the parking which was enormous and not very hotel customer friendly.

The hotel was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff friendly. The location near the train station is a plus. For us, great restaurants, the river, the downtown,were within walking distance. Loved it!

Accustomed to the Accor hotels, I stayed at this recently opened but -to my surprise- still partly under construction. Nothing to say about its modern infrastructure and commodities. However, rooms are cramped (smaller than Ibis style) and dark. The hotel is sandwiched between two narrow streets. The only view offered is the wall of the building opposite a few meters away. For a little light, ask for a room at least on the fourth floor. Again, this view is currently obliterated by the scaffolding that garnishes the facade. So do not expect privacy during the week ... Worse, the rooms have no chair or desk. Never seen that in a Novotel. When I made the point, a young employee told me that it was the policy of the hotel and that I could connect my laptop on the ground floor next to people shouting at the bar. Not wanting to work in public, I had to insist heavily on getting a table, probably picked in the restaurant, and a chair. This hotel is not recommendable for business travellers unless you agree to work with your laptop on your lap! Not to mention safety and security issues that the management does not seem to care too much. On Sunday, October 13, the access door to the staircase [still under construction] was locked. In the event of an elevator breakdown or fire, customers would be trapped on their floor. The following day, at 6.30 pm, the staircase was accessible but the door leading to the street was wide open. Any intruder could have entered the hotel without being noticed ...

Nice place to stray being central and easy to travel to. Employees are serious Room are good You get for your money there

Very Good Hotel for RoadTrip with a EV as it has 3 Tesla DestinationCharger available in the Garage. The only thing was that the third bed / sofa was not prepared for the night which was very inconvenient as we arrived very late.
