Amazing customer care and service at the desk with an awesome location that allowed us to explore brisbane by foot. The room was wonderful however the screen cast on our TV did not work for any of our devices. The only other downside was the pool was in a very shaded area so meant it was freezing but the facilities we had access to were excellent. would definitely recommend

Easy to find. Great location. We used the car park (easy acccess even with our enormous hire car). Lots to do in the area. Room in excellent condition - as was hotel throughout. Highly recommend.

Camp stretcher in South Bank and bad customer service.

When we arrived in our room we noticed mould in the bathroom and showers. Unfortunately it didn’t end there. I then noticed while laying on my twin share queen bed, lots of ants crawling around. They were also running up the wall and window. When we contacted front of house they had no decent solutions or compensation. Only trying to offer me a free drink and a single bed camp stretcher in another room. This is disgusting service and the fact of offering no financial compensation or another room that we booked they could only offer a camp stretcher bed. This is not the type of thing you would expect at a 4.5 hotel, I would be treated better at a backpackers. I do not recommend this place at all. Find a 3 star with good reviews.
