Location is good, but a bit disorganize. I did my reservation but I had to wait 30 mins to check in. Once I got my keys, they gave me a room that was dirty, so there again had to wait another 30 mins. my intentions were to go out to have dinner but I was hungry by then it was almost 5pm and got there at 3ish. Decided to have food at their restaurant and it was ok. Another thing that didn't like bathroom needs lots of attention, they only provided me with 1 towel when I got a room for 2 people. AC was locked I had to call front desk to send someone to unlock it.

I like the location of the hotel The amenities are not great the towels in the bathroom look dirty the toilet paper almost none I think for the price those things could be better

The A/C turn off and the roof was leaking and they couldn't give me another room or no one came to try to fix it at all I told the person in front and they said that they couldn't do anything about it so I slept with my kids all through the night with no AC very hot

Hotel was really nice for Mexico standards and in a very good area. Uber pick/drop off next to hotel. Underground valet parking. Rooms are a bit small and little details out of place. By U.S. standards it was an 7/10. By Mexico standards it was a 9/10.

Bad customer service. Ac was too cold, I called reception and said someone was coming up. After 1 hour wait my girlfriend called again and said someone was coming up. It did not happen. I called again and they finally told me how to unlock the system and do it myself. Asked for towels never came. Went down to reception and they gave me the last 2 they had they said. Towels were old and reaped. Rooms are too small. TV too small and not a smart TV. Shower has a big step to get in to stand at higher level making this unsafe when coming out wet. Water comes out of Shower too much. We stayed at room 669.
