Cela s'est majoritairement bien passé, même si certains de vos employés ne sont plus aussi souriants qu'avant C'est comme si leur niveau d'accueil et de serviabilité varie selon le client qu'ils ont en face d'eux. C'est dommage car ils ne savent pas, au travers de l'accoutrement du client, qui est-il exactement...donc, ils minimisent le client venu en short et t-shirt
