Stay was good. However when we arrived we had to wait for 3hrs before I could enter our bedroom but was given a glass of juice as we waited.

Good accommodation but very expensive in relative terms with others with similar standards. Meals are average sometimes what was on menu was not prepared as indicated.

Breakfast was perfect I enjoyed for most of my stay. You better adjust food prices for lunch and dinner as well also you should increase varieties especially Africans food.

We really had a great experience, passed a wonderful moment... Just that when it comes to the réceptioninst, they are very slow when it's about being fast and serve quickly the guests upon arrival... They are very slow... I we would like to And please do ask if possible the hotel has to be flexible when it comes to take pictures, has a tourist, we sometimes have tendancy if taking pictures of all most everything but the hotel, exaggerat a little bit on refusing to take pictures... On some places where anyone can take pics. But overall all was good

I am owner of a hotel and can spot things.....the overall stay was pleasant. The rooms are modern and clean. Food is decent. Some tips for you: 1/ there never seems to be any management around in restaurants /reception/garden lounge. The employees are very friendly and will but seem to run around a lot in a daze. Reception had 1 very good receptionist for a whole afternoon and the girl was working as fast as she could. One receptionist for 180 rooms !! Really? 2/ on my second day, I returned at 16h30 to floor 4 and half the doors of rooms were open and being cleaned !!! 16h30....some floor manager was running around with a pad trying to figure out which rooms needed to be prepared first....probably for rental? My room still wasn't cleaned at 16h30 !! No big deal, I ask for water and cafe and told the distraught cleaning lady that my room was fine and concentrate on the other rooms.... 3/ the service on the terraces is quite slow....you have to hunt for a w#iter often to order or to sign....(in my hotel in Kolwezi, service is impeccable. I left the table and told reception that the waiter could come get me to sign in my room....he showed up 2 hours later.... 4/ breakfast is decent...croissants and pastries very good....again service is a bit confused for a large hotel......but both days, some of the fruit wasn't ripe and inedible ! A chef should never let unripe fruit be cut and laid out. 5/ TV: your TV setup is complicated and doesn't work very well.... Besides that all was well Cheers

It was ok except for the room service. I ordered a pizza and after 1h, I called back and I was told that they are bringing it then after 30 min I received a call informing me that they have a problem and can’t make a pizza.

Rude ignorant staff at reception. Incapable at prober and honest communication. Refusal to grant platinum privileges. Forced cash payments and incorrect or non existent refund on room service. Friendly staff in restaurant and kitchen and room cleaning.

I enjoyed it was a great stay. The place is good. Maybe they need to update the TVs in the room to have some smart TV to make guess more independent. And review their food prices because it actually very expensive.

This Hotel is the definition of overpriced Poor Hotel Service! The only exception is a gentleman by the name of Yves at Reception. The Hotel runs a scheme by charging to iron your clothes, and does not provide any iron or board in the room, forcing you to use their service. The Only problem is that you might wait up to one hour to get your shirt back, and be late for meetings. Poor quality of food! I have had better meals on Mining sites in Congo. Poor response to room service after 06.00 PM. The Air-con does not work. The list goes on... In Conclusion, this place should not be called a Pullman Hotel
