As an ex employee of accor, I would rate it 10. The check in wasn't really a satisfied one, could be better than that. It took a long time, my last name wasn't correct, I corrected it on the RC but nothing has been changed on the system. This email itself is coming with a wrong last name. We had a positive check out with Siwar. She was amazing.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book services on the room bill. The price for the room was already charged to the credit card company on the first day. This means that you pay for the room in advance. The laundry service announced as a 4-hour service turned out to be a 24-hour service. - Good Hotel but far away from 5star.

I organised a family trip overnight and I was confused about some logistics. So I call the hotel and James was extremely nice and taking care of all details. So I booked and I met himself next day, he (James) was waiting for us. He arranged 2 connected rooms that made our stay fabulous. Travelling with children is never easy if you have separate rooms. James is really nice and made the difference. Service and staff were really helpful and paying attention to our large family. From valet parking, restaurant, pool and SPA. Highly recommended to stay and enjoy. We stayed for over a week and we felt like home. The only low light is traffic, not related to the hotel. Important to avoid rush hours to get to Dubai in 25' and not 60' instead. From a system standpoint was not possible to book with points.

Very bad service. Incompetent staff, mainly at the front desk. No amenities in the room. Very poor housekeeping. This hotel is bad and deserves no more than 3 stars. Definitely not 5 stars according to internationally recognized rating.

Very nice hotel not far from dxb airport and easy to get to from downtown dubai (if you have a car). Our room was very spacious, breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Outdoor pool was a good size.

It was a great hotel and stay. The only thing that would need improvement would be housekeeping. Everytime I left the room and came back, the bedsheets would be arranged properly which is good but the tray/left over food from previous day and coffee cups from previous day were just left where it is for days until we had to call house keeping to ask them to clear them.

very average stay for a premium price

Flyhighabove TripAdvisor review

This hotel is very far from being called Pullman. Nobody helps you with the luggage when you arrive. Check-in agent is a trainee with no supervision who does not know how to do it properly. Despite being new hotel rooms are already dated, sofa stained. Bathtub had hairs. Amenities are cheapest Ecolabel, not the ones you will get at Pullmans. No toothbrush or shaving cream or even cotton swabs provided. One coffee sachet per room! Breakfast pretty tasteless. none of the associates ever made eye contact during breakfast. At the checkout I was pestered for providing a good feedback on tripadvisor which is not professional. Again, nobody helped with luggage on departure. Overall, premium price paid for a typical Ibis styles/novotel experience.

Room service was very slow .can do better arrangements for the rom for bride and groom there was no even bathrobe. The event organizers was helpful and did perfect job . The price was expensive
