Another marvellous stay at the Pullman Hotel in Sharjah !! All management and staff were pleasant, courteous and very helpful from Mr Fadi (the GM), reception, concierge and those waiting table. Bedrooms, function rooms, health/leisure facilities and public areas are kept impeccably clean. Breakfasts are amazing.

The hotel is beautiful with great service. However there a few things that would really improve the customer experience. After all pleasing the customer is what's it all about. a. We stayed on the 12 floor with a bunch of rowdy kids that kept on ringing our door bell. This was really annoying as it interfered with our privacy and relaxation time. b. We asked for Karak tea (commonly found in these part of the world and great with breakfast) but were told that the kitchen was too busy to make us some. The front desk people as well as the service team outside the hotel were amazing. The pool staff were wonderful too.
