The place is sorrounded by abandoned and half built buildings. They have pools of water which breed mosquitos and ghana is a malaria hotsport. So be aware. The service is hopeless. I booked a double room so i should be getting two towels. They leave only 1 and you have to call the reception four times to get the second towel. The food is horribly overpriced, even when compared to other ibis styles properties. There's no value for money, the rooms are over priced. The bathroom door is hanging off the hinges. There was no cooler in the room. Other friends who who stayed in exact same rooms had coolers. I didn't bother asking since their service was hopeless. The electric kettle for the tea making was not functioning either, it was fixed after the second request.

1. I wanted to order room service. Since there were no menu in the room, I went downstairs to reception. They were not sure that room service was offered. I was sent to the bar where I ordered food and paid for it. I asked to bring it to my room. Later, I hear a nock on the door, I go to open, a gentleman extended me a plate of food with no tray, cutlery or even a serviette. He just walks away. I was too tired to even complain or ask or anything. I was forced to wait the food to cool down a bit, use my fingers to eat and use toilet paper as serviettes. Even if my loyalty status (Platinum) does not count, but simple customer service and courtesy should have been applied. I reported my dissappointment at the front desk in the morning. All I got was a simple apology from the front desk lady. Frankly I would have expected to speak to the manager. 2. I asked for a late check out. I was told it was not possible. I was asked whether I was a loyalty member. I asked her to look into my booking. I did not want to tell her that I was platinum because in all other Accor hotel I go too, they are aware of my status since I book on the App, I do not have to repeat myself all the time. I reluctantly told her. She then accepted the late check out and asked me whether I was given a chocolate when I came in. 3. unfortunately i had booked another night for 5 Nov for closeness to the airport. i am not looking forward to it.
