Custodians MC South East Chapter had our annual Christmas party at the Racing bar at this Hotel, Tom the barman looked after us with the utmost professionalism and humour. We'll probably have our Christmas bash here next year.

We come to the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa every year, and I’m really impressed with how much has improved since last year. The customer service and overall approach to guests are noticeably better, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is the parking fee — it would be great if this could be reconsidered in the future. However, I have to highlight Jacob, who is a real asset to the hotel. His friendly attitude and outstanding service once again made a big difference during our stay. Looking forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa. I visited with my family and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food was excellent as well — great selection and really good quality. A special mention goes to Jacob, who was definitely the standout member of the staff. His professionalism, friendliness, and helpful attitude made our stay even better. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back.
