Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Please let me apologise for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay. Unfortunately we had a power cut due to the extreme temperatures that weekend. It affected the whole area surrounding the Hotel. UK power networks kept us informed and the power was restored after a short time. This did have an impact on the TV's however this was rectified within a short time. I am disappointed to read that you didnt receive a response to your email. We response to all feedback whether online or direct. If you booked through a 3rd Party then we do not receive it at times.
