The spa treatment was excellent. The staff (claire, Holly and Bummi) were lovely and looked after me well. My spa treatment was done by Bummi and she is amazing I will surely recommend her and this place. I felt very relaxed and had a good time there.

Not normally one to write reviews, but really want to share my experience. This is the first leisure solo stay for me. As a highly anxious person, I was nervous as heck walking into the foyer. However there was no need. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and knowledable in every department. They work incredibly hard to keep the hotel running. Restaurant: The dinner was on point! I was blown away by both nights mains, the breakfast was buffet style, tasty, and a good selection, the girls bustled on clearing tables and were professional and cheerful. Pool and Gym: Again super friendly staff, everything was clean, working and what you would expect. Room: The room came with an iron, hairdryer, and what I loved - a little heater! The soap and shampoo smells divine in the bathroom and the room was imacculate, modern and spacious. Overall I had the best experience here and would return. Knowing that there is a community of solo travellers will definitely have me doing this more often. Of course, if you were to really look deep, you would find faults, but don't forget it's a midscale chain hotel. Thank you all at Mecure Dartford, from one very relaxed girly!

My sister in law booked a spa break for my daughter for her 30th birthday. The spa and hotel were lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us and we were thoroughly spoilt. Excellent value for money with a special thanks to Sam from house keeping Dan and Terry for being so helpful. See you in November for the spice girls

We went on a spa break with overnight stay, dinner and breakfast to celebrate my cousins 30th birthday and had a lovely time. Aurelie on reception checked us in early and liaised with the spa to ensure early access. Sam from the housekeeping team was brilliant - she preserved my aunties dignity by find her a larger sized robe - Thank you Sam! Danny and Terri in the bar deserve a shout out also. Restaurant staff and food amazing, catered for my gluten free needs and bought out the birthday cake to sing Happy Birthday and other tables joined in - lovely.

On our way to the hotel tried several times to contact the reception was on hold for over 15 minutes first attempt then over 10 minutes on second attempt as you can imagine we gave up trying and this is before we have even check into the hotel. Not great first impression for our stay that we cannot even get in contact with the hotel.
