BRYAN - the name that I called so many times during our two nights of workshops with my organisation. I have never encountered a more hard working, courteous, friendly and helpful individual. He has singlehandedly arranged every catering need and request for more than 100 please each night. Thank you Bryan for your effort, attention to detail and time management, you have been brilliant and you are worth 10 stars and not 5!

My partner received a voucher to use for spa treatments, and having read recent reviews I was a bit sceptical. We needn't have been as the day was lovely. We were met by a lady called Claire, who was warm and friendly in welcoming us and explained how our day would work. She provided us with a robe and slippers and showed us up to the waiting room. My partner chose the facial and I had the massage, which we enjoyed. We went to the bar area for lunch and it was busy but pleasant and we headed back down to the spa to use the facilities. Claire's attention to detail was again evident as she knew what treatments we had and even recommended a product used in her treatment, which we purchased. The pool area was clean and not too busy. We relaxed on the loungers before leaving. The whole day was relaxing and I would say to those like me reading reviews, try it for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

Had such a lovely relaxing spa break with my mum. I would like to point out a member of staff that stood out, I believe his name was Jakob. He was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Nothing was a problem and he was very personable and friendly and everytime we saw him around the hotel we were greeted with a smile which I believe makes a huge difference to someone’s day. We visited the hotel earlier in the year and upon returning we have noticed an improvement in atmosphere and the hotel in general. Will be returning:-)

Attended a spa day that included afternoon tea at Mecure Dartford Brands hatch hotel. This was purchased through Buyagift. Had seen all the bad reviews about Buyagift and the negative experiences people had with this company and their spa experiences at this hotel and was nervous about the day but l can honestly say that there us nothing to worry about and l enjoyed the whole experience and day which was well worth it. Arrived 30 mins earlier and was provided with bath robe (although abit small for me) and towel. No slippers provided or hot welcome drink as advertised on Buyagift. Free parking included. Was allowed to use facilities immediately. Used gym then had 50 mins treatment of back and leg massage with Isabelle. That was great and defiantly needed. Would recommend. Lovely room. Then used pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All nice and clean. Then afternoon tea provided in main hotel room bar area. Big pot of tea, some sandwiches, a few small cakes including cheese cake, nice big warm scone with small pot of ham and large bowl of clotted cream. More than enough for one person and was lovely. One of the best scones lve had with a cream tea. Would certainly go back again. Staff all welcoming throughout my visit. Could not fault it.

Stanley, Zeno, Amy Robbins, ivita, and harry have been absolutely amazing during my stay, they’ve worked so hard to cater for my needs while I’ve been here. I’ve felt such a cheerful and friendly energy from the staff. I’ll look forwards to staying here again in a few weeks
