Great welcome and pleasant helpful staff. Warm swimming pool and clean towels. Great Evangelist conference led by JJohn and Philo Trust. Good food and good gluten-free and other dietary options. I did write to hotel management to ask they fit at least one EV charger for the future. To concluded clean rooms, Great staff and location.

The hotel was very tired in all areas of our stay. Rooms were in need of some TLC, beds were extremely uncomfortable, curtains had holes in them and the food was poor.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well heated, comfortable and clean. Plenty of free parking. Genenerous breakfast and good coffee. Will definitely come here again.

I was here for a work related event and the staff were absolutely superb. The facilities are decent and we were throughly looked after Particularly, Aleksandra was one of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve ever met. Incredibly personable and went out of her way to look after everybody from our organisation as well as our colleagues from our clients. She welcomed us every morning, made sure we were all well fed and brought us amazing cookies for snacks! P.S. - management should change that “interim” supervisor name tag she has. Don’t lose her
