Words cant describe how kind, professional and helpful staff are in this very clean hotel. Well located , beautiful surroundings and landscape. A special mention to kelly in customer services with outstanding care . Jo, sales manager with her super welcoming smile . The breakfast team and the chef with his delicious omelettes.chef would come out to customer to ensure that all requests are met and orders are accurately catered for . The gentleman from maintenance who swiftly attended to a call-out and was so effective , kind and polite. To the leisure club team and every staff that assisted us ! we say A massive thank you! This hotel is situated in a quiet and sereine environment, clean with well maintained facilities. The breakfast is super healthy with abundant fruit /fresh smoothies options… All in all, No request was too big during our 4 nights stay. Rooms are clean , airy . Will most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay not far from racing circuits ie: silverstone and whilton mill 👌🏿

Room request was honoured which was a good start. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable… it was just a bit warm though. Easy check-in and out. Would use the hotel again.
