Wow this could be an amazing hotel but it’s not I have to say . The location is great so close to all the essential places you need to get to. Checkin was easy and efficient and that’s S good as it got I would have to say. 1 lift was broken so it took ages to get to the 11th floor. Parking was not to bad it wasn’t on site but not to far from the hotel but dose cost £11 per night. The rooms are ok I had a great view but it’s very noisy with other guests not really caring about the noise they make in the corridors . It seem like the staff are either very new as the hotel has an environmental friendly idea that allows guests not to get their rooms cleaned every day and they supply a special door sign . I had mine out and the lady look g after the rooms thought it meant I was checking out until I told her what it meant . The breakfast wow this was entertaining. I feel r really sorry for the team working on the breakfast shift, it was madness . So getting to the restaurant at 9 am with just 2 lifts took for ever . There was a queue to get in and one lady trying to get people to a tables that hadn’t been cleaned . I had to get my cutlery from another guest who wasn’t using hers. Whilst she did this another’s just walked in so maybe a lot of free breakfast given away every day. Then you get your table without any cutlery or with the last guests dirty dishes and you wait for the team who are now running around like headless chickens achieved nothing as there is no direction or plan on how this works . I get up to get a coffee and return to see the toast I just cooked on a plate has been taken away by the team trying to get ready for the next guest so I get up and put my toast through the toaster another 3 times as that isn’t even working properly. I am sitting down and about to finish and a group of 3 people have been told to wait by a table as it had to be cleaned and they need another table to join to it to have room to sit . The very same lady that is supposed to be checking guest in tries to organise some one to make this happen but you guessed it, it doesn’t happen so as I leave I move my tanks to help the elderly group have somewhere to sit. There is a bar on the 1st floor and the team that work there really look like they live their jobs . I arrived around 9:30 and there wasn’t any one there. They had all disappeared oh the back and after about 10 min decided to come back and serve me with such eagerness not. Talk about not feeling welcome as a guest . So would I stay here again definitely not and couldn’t say I would recommend it

We stayed in the Atlantic Tower on Sunday Night for celebrate my Birthday. Great expeience from start to finish. Our room had a large comfy bed and a fabulous view of the river Mersey . Breakfast was a treat with lots of options. Staff where excellent and very helpful. Can't wait for another excuse to stay again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Mecure hotel as my sister had her wedding there. The problem what let the hotel down was 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order. 1 lift had been out of order since Friday when I checked, it was still out of order on Sunday afternoon. The other lift was out of order on Saturday night leaving 1 lift available for all floors, it was a nightmare as I,m disabled and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs and there were elderly people in our wedding party that had to walk down flights of stairs. My son who was on the 11th floor who had injured his leg a few days ago had to struggle up and down 11 flights of stairs. This needs sorting out as it’s put me off returning to The Mecure Tower Hotel. I stay a lot in Liverpool and really enjoyed my stay in your hotel but the lifts are not maintained regularly!

Very satisfied with the hotel visit. Room clean and beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast provided and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Car park small but close to hotel. Location for city centre, ferries etc superb.
