j3ss5 Couples - TripAdvisor review

Booked a 6 hour day room for convenience for £55 and it was a game changer that this hotel offers such a thing. The room was basic with a shower, tv and double bed and that was all that was needed. Noise level wasn’t great if you’re wanting to use this time to sleep but if you have ear plugs, you’ll be fine.

Dirty hole. If you have high standards of cleanliness and have any respect for other people, you won't like this place. It was a complete and utter dump. The noise was ridiculous, in and out if rooms all night, slamming doors. Shouting and playing music. Also not clean

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the free upgrade with a fantastic view. Shame the air conditioning is so poor, I know it is an old building with a lot of glass so suffers from heat gain, cant complain heat worth it for the view!

Room, spacious, well equipped, with an interesting mix of original and more modern furnishings. Very comfortable bed. The view was fantastic (Room 1007). Breakfast was pretty standard with the ubiquitous toaster set too low for one pass but too high for two.The Vue Bar terrace is great. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely time, the hotel is so comfortable and staff are very accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect for us since its so close to the Albert dock and the town centre of Liverpool. Cleanliness are 5 stars. Thank you so much, we will return again.
