Good location but hotel could do with slight updating .Breakfast good first day not so good second day .No orange juice.Most important could not open window in room very stuffy

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience. Rooms not up to standard - leaking windows and flooded shower. Food ordered and never arrived. Meals without ingredients eg a chicken Ceasar salad ordered which had no chicken on it. Rooms unavailable even though guests had booked. Staff irritable.

The hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly & helpful. We only stayed one night but will defo stay again.

Arrived and received a nice welcome. Room was clean, toilet flusuer did not 2ork, it was fixed in no time. Ordered food in the bar which we waited quite wome time for, when the burger arrived the burger bun was so cold, and thevplant based bu4ger was warn, i was that hungry i just ate it. We left two suit bags in the room which will he held for us to collect.

We were expecting more from this hotel. Room smelled musty on entering. Air conditioning was dirty and broken. Bed was softer than we like and sheets poorly attached. Breakfast was average, certainly edible but tepid. Entrance was dark and uninviting too. It’s a good thing that we came for the city not the hotel!

Only stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay

Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, so we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel! Walking in to the room we had fantastic views of the Liver building and the river, a lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was perfect. Breakfast was great and drinks in the bar before going out for dinner was good. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel does have a car park but we used the NCP car park about 100yards away from the hotel.

Lovely. Rooms v tired though and need a face lift. View from window great but window was shot and therefore had lots of condensation obscuring view. Need an update of air con system. More choice required on tea tray in room. Breakfast v nice . Staff v nice and professional.

Worst Accor I’ve stayed in. Hotel felt dirty and grubby. Dirty plates and glasses in restaurant. They ran out of menu options and even ice.! Room had lots of marks on the walls, felt damp and had mould on the curtains, we did get another room that was significantly better. All the staff were nice and professional. Duty manager carried out excellent service recovery, but it’s just a shame the hotel feels unloved by Mercure/Accor. I would never stay there again.

We had booked two rooms for a one night stay for our trip to Liverpool, to celebrate our sons 18th Birthday. Location of the hotel is great & we were very pleased with our breakfast. Great choice & the food was hot. Sadly one of our rooms wasn't ready on arrival, it took three trips down to reception to sort it & this made us late for getting ready to go out for the evening. When the situation was finally resolved we were very happy with our sons room & the Birthday card & cake were a nice touch in his room too. However I do think if a check in time is given, then rooms should be ready at that time.

Great location near Princes Dock and a fabulous view of the cruise ship I was visiting ! The room was a decent size & clean. Good choice of breakfast inc Danish Pastries, cereals and full english. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for business purposes or a weekend stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at the Atlantic Liverpool we had the stay in deal which included over night stay, breakfast, evening meal, 4 beers and a bottle of wine. This was an amazing deal and the food was superb value for money. There is parking nearby which is very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure your stay was too notch. I would highly recommend this deal as it was something that we will do again. Once again the staff were very helpful and we will be back soon.

Ideally situated to explore the unique attractions of Liverpool City Centre and for access to transport to the whole of Mersyside. Unique shipshape architecture with great views over the river or city and excellent service.
