Went for an Christmas do with work first of december, Food was great and Abi and Chris on the bar were fantastic. Would recommend for all kind of events, staff all pulled together to make the evening.

I was greeted at reception by Sarah who greeted me with a smile. As I was walking to the stairs I saw that they were closed, a young lady named Ellie was very helpful and directed me in the right way to my bedroom and kindly asked me if I needed any help with my bags. I would like to express to her management what a kind hearted and polite individual she is. Later that evening I went to the bar and ordered food the atmosphere in the lounge was amazing the bar staff was amazing I would like to say I would recommend this hotel to and family or friends.

So upon arrival greeted by the receptionist which was very nice to be advised we had a free upgrade. Our waitress Meghan was very delightful and polite with very strong knowledge of the menu, we had the specials of the Evening Menu which were 10/10. My wife is a daughter of a chef and asked the chefs name who cooked dinner and Chef Owen did a fantastic job, Meghan and Owen and Steven at reception have made our stay perfect
