The hotel is well positioned, very close to BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit. It is also just by Soi Cowboy which is a plus or a minus according to your preferences. I’m not sure when the hotel was opened but it has been very well maintained, our room, an executive room on level 23 was in perfect condition, with no sign of previous use at all. There was a small fridge but no minibar and no coffee machine. Water pressure was excellent. Property 8/10, room 8/10. There was an extensive breakfast array, with western, Chinese, vegetarian, and Japanese options but quality left a little to be desired. The egg station was good but the only variation during a four-day stay was the intermittent appearance of some surprisingly good baked beans. By the fourth day I was happy with some freshly squeezed fruit juice and cut fruit (both excellent) with coffee and baked goods (again excellent). Breakfast 7/10. The main disappointment was the Executive Lounge, which was small and easily filled each evening. The were three forgettable signature cocktails; I tried two and left the third to itself, plus some basic spirits, wines, and beer. There was limited food on offer, ranging from very plain to very good and it was certainly enough for some guests to ensure they didn’t need any further food for the night. The service, and through the rest of the hotel, was excellent. Perhaps the executive level is not worth the extra surcharge. EXCEPT for the fact that you are guaranteed a late checkout, very valuable depending on the time of your flight out of Bangkok. Lounge 6.5/10. Service 9/10. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and worthwhile considering if you find a good price on sites offering hotel offers.

The buffet is nice and the price is affordable. Food line and choices are average. The quality and the taste are really good. Khun Benz and the staff gave us good service and took care of us very well.

I had a nice time here and the staff is amazing! This is a great location. Also Roy the concierge manager was very kind and accommodating! Great service. And Sam as well was the best. If I could I would give more than 5 stars I would!!! Great place!!

Мне понравился сервис что персонал очень старался. Но этот отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте. На завтраке я заметил таракана там где кофе машина и люди делают себе кофе. Окна не чистые, потолок начал сыпаться.
