The second time that I had stayed and was quite amazed how it had deteriorated in 5 years Upgraded to a club room (without privileges) after initially being sent to an occupied room. Thankfully, nobody was there. Found the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Ashley on reception, who helped me with a document. I think they are doing an excellent job under difficult circumstances. Have to say the breakfast offering was appalling, and I'm not entirely sure what the orange juice was meant to be.

The hotel is amazing. The location, transportation and service are incredible. (The best location for MRT-BTS you can take 5 minutes walk) I am so impressed to two lovely staff Bie and Zara. They are so adorable.Thank you very much for warm welcome and hope to see you on my next trip.

The few positives first: Architecture..interesting design, quite striking, and obvsly, great location. Lobby level bar/cafe good service, attentive team Otherwise..only negatives Pre-check-in: i should as a high level ACCOR member receive online checkin. Nope. Real life checkin: not given welcome drinks, not explained .. facilities/lounge access etc, nothing! Room: good bed/nice desk. 1990s style for sockets (few...!) Several signs of poor maintenance in fixtures & fittings. Poor wifi speed...netflix buffering not loading so slow. Public spaces: poor maintaining. On my floor, a light fitting fallen out from above a nearby room door, on the floor....still there 8 hours later. Coffee cups etc dropped in elevator alcove seen at 2330 still there at 0900 next day. Handrail in one elevator loose...until 3rd day not repaired, i could go on but will not. Went to club lounge to find it closed ...locked...not even any signage. Breakfast: dissapointing in both variety & quality. We are regulars at Mercure Soi 24, Novotel Soi 20, even Ibis Riverside, brekkie better. In summary, the worst experience i ever had in a Pullman brand property...not even worth close to the price paid...i.am now in mercure soi 24, paying for 3 nights less than 2 nights in this pullman, with WAY more value Public spaces

Staying with family at Pulmann Grande Shukumvit is good location.. friendly staff and helpful. Special thank you to Mr Bie front office manager is friendly, helpfull from beginning helping us check in. always smiling with his excellent customer service at hospitality. Also Miss Tan at executive lounge is friendly too. Nice breakfast with fresh juices make it infront of customer. also fresh coconut is served at the buffet too. Highly recommended to staying at Pulmann Grande Shukumvit.
Huge Disappointment - All the Good things of this hotel disappeared with very poor service !

I used to stay to this hotel many times between 2016 & 2020. So i decided to stay again at this hotel as it used to be brilliant. Unfortunately everything changed and the quality of the stay was really bad ! You can definitely get better place in Bangkok for the price of the room there. Here were all the disappointments: - As ALL Diamond member, i was expecting a free upgrade to a suite (as i used to receive there) but no upgrade - worst thing is that they told me i got upgraded but actually the room type was exactly the one that i booked… - The Diamond welcome gift was a real joke 😂🤦🏼♂️ - The Check-in process waa terrible with Huge queue of waiting people and only 2 poor front office ladies trying to manage the situation - A lot of hotel employees seems to have very poor training which is leading to a huge disaster - it really looked like they were no GM in this hotel - The executive lounge used to be amazing with high quality service, food & drinks but all these disappeared unfortunately >> very little choice of food & drinks All in All, i will definitely not stay again at this hotel as they are definitely running on a cost savings mode + not caring at al about their loyal customers..!
