The hotel reservations/ concierge team was very responsive to our needs. Making sure we had our airport transfer in order. The check in was a delightful experience, we were treated with respect and the front desk officer was patient when answering queries and also provided good recommendations regarding our transport needs. The room may appear dated, but more importantly, it was clean and the stay comfortable. Room service was attentive and responsive to our needs. The spread at Breakfast was good- an international spread with some local favourites that we enjoyed. Overall a pleasant stay and well located- just 1-2 train stops away from major malls like Emquartier, The Emporium and Central Embassy.

I had stayed 6 nights in Pullman Grande Skumvit for business. Pullman is clean, hotel’s restaurant have delicious Thai food and world kitchen. All hotel staffs are so kind and wiling to help for any needs of you. Especially Jai Bell Boy so kind and help me for all my needs. He arranged for my all touristic travel for weekend and reply all my question as kindly It can be choice again for the next business

Hotel location is great and very convenient to go BTS or MRT station and also close to shopping mall. Staffs are very friendly and warm welcoming especially from Jui from Concierge who assists us while we stayed also recommended place to take the dinner cruise even we end up decided not to go becuase of the season weather. Front receptionists are also friendly and always helpful when we have problems at our room or ask for help.

Good Value at a Convenient Location with Excellent Staff

I stayed at the Pullman for 8 nights in Bangkok based on my brother's recommendation since he experienced other Pullman hotels/properties. In general, I would say it's a great value at a convenient location that's close to the BTS, shopping, food and entertainment. The room was spacious and the staffs were all excellent and aim to accommodate my every needs/requests. I had an issue with the first room they assigned me during my check in. They immediately gave me another room and there was a nice follow up letter from the manager with a compliment dish of horderves (which I gave to the maids). I wanted to call out a few names from the staff who went the extra miles with helping me and my needs. Kam at the Concierge desk was very helpful with all my questions. Helped booked a taxi and ensure it was there on time. Made my leaving for the airport stress free. There was a young lady at the front desk name Pattiya that helped me and my friend (with a separate room) booked an additional 2 days of stay at the same rate during a busy weekend. She worked hard to accommodate our requests. Excellent staff and well-run organization. The property in general is comfortable and nice enough to recommend but if the rooms were more updated, I would have given it an excellent rating.

All staff here have been helpful and supportive, but Jui Bell Boy was a bit better!! He helped us to make a very pleasant trip to Train market and floating market as well. We are very happy to have experienced his service. As a result we rate our experience in your hotel 5 star 👍
