I’ve stayed at this hotel for years. I love it. K. tu always treats me so well as the best security supervisor in town. He helped me when someone tried to break into my room. Kim the new front office supervisor was great too helping me to upgrade my reservation. Great bkk hotel!!!!!!

I stayed at Pullman for 4 nights on business. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the train stations and to other big hotels in Bangkok where I had my meetings. Check-in was smooth and very welcoming. I had a room on 19th floor which had nice views of the city. The room was great for a business traveller with a good-sized desk for working. I also loved the rain shower head and the large bathtub. Breakfast buffet was excellent and catered to a variety of cuisines. For winding down, there's a pool, a gym, and an excellent spa at the hotel, which was much welcomed because massages in Bangkok can be a bit of a hit or miss. There's also a generally classy club, Bar Rouge, on the 6th floor What stood out for me though was the friendliness of the staff, from check-in staff, spa staff, maintenance staff (the safe in my room had some issues), to the staff at the restaurant. I was always welcomed with a smile for breakfast, by a happy lady called Joy, and the staff paid attention to ensuring that their guests were taken care of. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come to Bangkok again.

We stayed for 4 nights and had such an amazing experience. Location is near Terminal 21 and transit makes it easy to get around. Big thanks to Ja, Jui, Toon, and Tibe for their hospitality. Definitely coming back here next time I’m in Bangkok

Great Service; excellent location. Very nice rooms and good lounge. Good service from all staff, but especially the service from SARA is the best. She always feel me very valued as a guest and provides great support. SARA is the main reason I keep on coming back to this hotel.
