It was an experience of great service from all service counters right up to the Lounge. When I made a feedback regarding my room, it was looked into immediately and rectified Special mention goes to several staff like Executive Chef Mattias Somjai Toey Pawlik who went out of his way to obtain the cheese which was not available in the lounge during cocktail service. I would like to thank him for being so service orientated to his guests. Staff at the 24th floor lounge - Bug, Far, NMay, Namcha and Punch - they were really courteous and obliging to guests' requests and very helpful in every way. You have a great team up there!

The hotel itself was great, staff are always great, however I booked a suite and the air conditioning was so very loud in the bedroom that I could not sleep. It is located in the wardrobe right next to the bed and wow! It sounded like a vacuum on all night. I ended up trying to sleep on the lounge in other room. I know it can be turned off but is too hot for that. I tried. It was still a nice hotel.

Hotel is located near to Asoke with direct skytrain, MTR and airport train connections. Excellent lounge facilities for the regular business traveler. The very busy street in front is the only minus point...but you do not need a taxi here.

Room wasn't ready. I have to wait about an hour because it is still on housekeeping. I was't sure why need 1 hour just for housekeeping? I didn't get compensation on that. Only two free drink was offered while waiting. I was given a room but it is connected with another room (Family room). I can hear noise and others thing coming out from next room. Sometimes, the next room tried to open the door so I can hear from door knock. It is scary. I wasn't sure why I was given connecting room in first place. I am little disappointed that I was not being informed until I entered to the room. Lastly, I didn't receive the advance deposit fund which it should be return within two weeks. Again I am not sure what happen. I am satisfied with room service and cleanliness of the room. It always be fresh and positive feeling. I hope to get better view when I am back to Pullman again. My husband and I stayed 10 days and 9 nights at Pullman Grande for business. We arrived separately at different times and it was great check in experience for my husband who had arrived much earlier than check in time, given he was the second guest and me being primary. However his room cards stopped working the moment after I had checked in later in the day. Breakfast reception at Atelier was super in their service, wide selection of food and beverages. For the price range, would expect newer towels and bathrobes in the room. Shower head needs cleaning as clogged with lime scale and sealing of the shower door as water puddle resided just outside the shower doors by the bed and it doesn’t dry up, making it a very slippery experience. F&B menu description and consistency can be improved. Ordered spaghetti carbonara two times and the second time had absolutely no taste, we were too tired after work and didn’t want to wait for another re-make. Octopus came with mustard lemon dressing and very chewy not tender. Laksa was more like noodles in the curry sauce instead of a proper drinkable soup. Being turned away at the ground floor coffee shop in a five star hotel was unacceptable as waitress informed us we might need to wait for 40minutes and suggest us to go eat “somewhere else” as a large group just ordered, there were a group of 8 people in total at the coffee shop with many tables available and their food was just served after we returned from outdoor smoking. We ended up at the Atelier where Khun Bank was excellent in his service. Spaghetti bolognese has too much black pepper that we couldn’t really taste the bolognese. The chocolate fondant was truly fantastic and lived up to the 5 star experience. It’s the first 5 star hotel where we have stayed where the doormen simply greets and open and close doors without asking if we need a taxi or car booking. Often there were no one at the door for us to ask. We would go stand on the Main Street and hail our own taxis for the whole 8 days when we went for work. Only on the day of checking out where we had luggages we seeked out help. Would expect doormen to ask if we need taxi or car booked when we have luggages in hand by the door at a 5 star establishment, instead they just opened up door and smiled. Have stayed at much lower or same grade Accor group hotels where they had better overall service and consistency in the food they prepared.
