Beautiful. One word that describes the stay at Pullman Bangkok Grande. Seamless check-in experience. Khun Bie was truly amazing and made me feel right at home. Breakfast experience was also truly great. Perfect hotel for a stay in Bangkok, looking forward to be back next year!

Had a wonderful stay at the property! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze! The service at the reception and restaurant was amazing. Everyone that we encountered helped us with a smile. Will definitely be coming back to stay here!! Thanks Pullman Bangkok Grande team!

I am a loyal member of the Accor club (Diamond ) - pulled up at the hotel on a rainy morning and there was no one around to help with taxi and cases . I pulled my case into the very heavy depressing reception area . No Accor desk and I was told no longes to check in .. so I waited on line - that’s fine except that it took ages . I wasn’t served a welcome drink and simply just stood there .. I told a receptionist ( nice man) that I wanted help .. waited more and decided that the hotel wasn’t for me … just such a nasty check in experience that I moved back to a different Accor Hotel for the night and cancelled Pullman . I did leave a specific message with reception asking the GM to contact me . To date I never even heard an apology . Won’t be back .

First of all - I am so happy to be back in the pullman - my 2th living room after the covid shut down. It absolutely feel the same when you come back to this hotel if you know from before - ok some things not running like before because of the new staff but is ok! I think in September all will be like before - give them a chance - the new staff need time too - they just opened in June/July. And I have to say thank you so much for your welcoming back to the GM, Koi and Bei!!! I hope I wrote the names right 5555 (Thai laughing 555 - for all who don't know this). See you this month and next month twice. Maxi

The hotel is a 5 star premium hotel of ALL. Upon arrival at the hotel, there is nobody on standby at the Priority lane for check in. As a platinum member, I am required to queue for 10 mins before my time to check in. I have been upgraded to the next level room which I am pleased. Service at the hotel is average given the executive lounge is not open (only during happy hours), housekeeping does not refill coffee and tea each and every room service and laundry bag is always not there. I have to mostly everyday request them at the front desk. Breakfast at the hotel is average (menu is the same for 9 consecutive days) without any effort or creativity in changing them. The road in front of the entrance hotel floods when raining making walking to the MRT/ BTS Station or Terminal 21 Mall challenging without getting you shoes soaking wet (My trainers literally dipped into the flood water when walking back to the hotel one night of rain). Hotel is 5 mins walking distance to MRT Sukhumvit and Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 Mall. Overall, the service is average and would think twice if I would stay at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit.
