We had best comfortable stay at in ibis ,i have stayed in ibis before ,but the ibis styles in jumeriah is a different level ,we loved all aspecties espically cleaniness is so good and the staff attentivness we loved the stay we came back again on my nxt trip

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with breakfast, the service was excellent. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday. The breakfast was amazing. There was a lot of different options everyday so you wouldn’t get bored. The staff everywhere was very helpful too. They would accommodate our needs and make sure we had everything. I would like to say a special thank you to emad, zubair, alam. We requested for eggs to be made at breakfast, they would make us everyday fresh and tasty. The reception was also very helpful. We wanted to extend our stay for the night and they accommodated us with no problem. The service was exceptional. The hotel was very clean all around. I would like to say a special thank you to hamza and Karim. All staff was helpful and friendly.
