The hotel is behind Malioboro mall, very close to the legendary Malioboro street. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the facilities are quite complete. On the top floor there is a swimming pool, spa and gym. Highly recommended for a business visit or vacation with family.

One of the best hotel yet afforfable in Jogja! I had an amazing stay with my friends . Start from the check in proces, all the staff is so kind and suoer helpful thanks to Mr. Yudha who assist my check in process, the room is so spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious . Will come back for another stay if I visit Jogja again!

I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time of 2 PM, but the staff was incredibly accommodating. Zalfa, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my room was prepared early. I had requested a room with the best possible view of Yogyakarta city, and thanks to Zalfa’s outstanding service, I was given exactly that. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great Rooftop Dining Experience at 10/10 Pool Bar

We came to 10/10 Pool Bar Rooftop for dinner and had a lovely time. Although we had to wait around 20 minutes for the food, we understood since the hotel was running at high occupancy on long weekends. It would’ve been nice if the staff had informed us about the delay, but overall the service was still polite. Special thanks to Rama at the front desk he was so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the way he greeted us and even took the time to escort us from the lobby to the restaurant. It made a great first impression and added a warm touch to our visit. The beef burger was delicious juicy and flavorful, served with crispy french fries. I also really enjoyed the Lumpia Mataram; the portion was big, and the price was very reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, with a beautiful rooftop view overlooking the swimming pool and city skyline. The location is also very convenient just a short walk from Malioboro, which makes it an easy choice for both locals and tourists. A few small suggestions: when I arrived, the table I chose was still wet as it had just stopped raining. It would be nice if the staff could prepare or dry the tables beforehand during weather changes. Also, it would be great if the waiter or F&B manager could walk around occasionally to check on guests and ensure everything is okay. As part of an international chain under the Accor Group, maintaining consistent service standards would make the experience even better.
