Horrible Service Staff

From check-in to breakfast area to check-out, the service staff are all horrible. 1. Unattentive front desk staff that do not even take notice of you. Asked for some items to be sent to my room but never got those items. On my second try, I simply gave up. 2. Breakfast service staff that argues with guests. I asked for the manager to attend to me. Waited for half an hour, service manager was nowhere to be see. 3. Upon checking out they asked how was my stay, i told them it was horrible and they just thanked me for my stay. No service recovery and they just waved me off. I have been to the Novotel chain multiple times but this Novotel is the absolutely worst! You are definitely better off going to other hotels in the area. Because of the horrible experience I had here, I might stay clear of the entire Novotel chain. I would advise other travellers to think twice especially for this hotel. Highly disappointing!

Well located but needs renovation

The hotel layout was very strange - the sliding bathroom door made you feel like you were on an airplane, the space was quite cramped. The room also didn’t feel very clean, some of the bedsheets had some stains, and there were stains on the walls and carpet. I expected better for the price.

The staff were good but toilet not as clean n breakfast was just okay. I love that the staff put in great effort on my request. Staff were very very good on every dept!!!
