Towel was unclean (one of them has lipstick stain) 1 of the Bed sheets unclean (has dark spots) 1 of pillow case has dark spots Teapot has dark stain at the bottom (we had to clean it up before use) Smells cigarette smoke in the room (we granted to move to another room for the next day)

Perfect location but need more attention to details

Everything is good. But for a level as Novotel Suite, too stingy for in room drinking water. They only provide bottled water as many as 2 bottles per day per room. If you request more, prepare to pay IDR 5000 per bottle. Thinkinh there are more bottles in the bathroom for brushing your teeth? Don't dream. Pay another IDR 5000. The breakfast team, either they move slow or understaffed. For 3 different days for breakfast, every single day, there were few food stations lefr empty. Told the staff amd they were like "ok, we will refill the food". But until the time we finished our breakfast, still empty. For warmth and service, they go all above and beyond. Top notch.
