Temperature of water and in the room was too hot, without any possibility to change it. AC is present but not working

Good location, that is it

Run down rooms. No AC You cant open the room window as there are some machines making noise outside . Only positive is gret check in with a smile. Bathroom is terrible

What a shame

Arrival welcome excellent housekeeper not happy about making room a double but that was booking site fault. Lunch in tandoori excellent. Bed so old it was a night of staying still incase it collapsed and then in the morning could not get a bath or a shower because thermostatic valve broken so nothing but scolding hot water.

great location but missed the details that matter

Stayed for one night (as have done previously with a much better experience) midweek. The room was terribly hot, with the window not being open when arrived. The noise from the air-conditioning units outside the window meant a bad night sleep. The room's TV wasn't working on arrival and the room wasn't equipped correctly - not tea making facilities. Both were rectified quickly by staff.

Well located, helpful staff, good price

The hotel is well located and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Selection at breakfast was varied (better than we expected). The room was a little dated and unfortunately we couldn't open our window - we arrived on the hottest day of the year, so I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue most of the time, but we did feel the need for ventilation was lacking. There was a fan supplied which was most welcome, but it wasn't really effective given the temperature of the day.
