We had a lovely time. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfy, esp the pillows. We loved having a little area outside too. Breakfast was great, staff were wonderful and the hotel is as pretty as I thought it would be. Would come back!

The bed and the shower was amazing; really good and we really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, except one older guy (and unfortunately for us, we met him many times). The breakfast is small and very French, lots of sweet pleasures, little variations/choices on the remaining. Almost no salad/greens.

This is not a 5 star hotel by any measure and should be downraded as a result. No concierge, no porter/any one taking luggage up to rooms. Reception was usually manned by one person, who therefore could not leave their desk and the understaffing led to frequent queues for any quieries, from check in to getting the card re-scanned as they still use the old technology that loses magnatism when placed near a phone or similar. At some times there was a gentleman stadnding in the lobby saying bonjour to everyone but seemingly unable to help with luggage or get behind the desk to reduce the queue. Every day we found the cleaning to be short serviced - coffee capsules not replaced one day, then soap dispensers not filled, water bottled not replaced. When we needed a matress swapped over, only a young expeienced gentleman arrived and we were left to remake the bed ourselves. I first for me as a guest and I learned more about how the beds are made (and what lie beneth) than I care to remember! I wonder if this is COVID-related staffing issues as the total experience lacked the coordination your would expect from even a 4 star. My contact with reservation staff was sadly combative/defensive rather than customer-centric and consumer focused. There is a new GM - just 2 weeks in - he has his work cut out for him. The only positive I can offer is the location.

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the smaller atmosphere and spa amenities. Two issues were the plastic cover you put on mattress. It makes for a sweaty sleep and not comfortable. We eventually had to ask that it be removed. Also your guest room doors close with a loud noise that frequently woke us when room across from us exited. Spoke with front desk who was understanding and tried to move us to another room but it too was right beside another noisy door. So we had to unfortunately sleep with ear plugs. Not ideal.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The only thing was that we had a lot problems with the keys to our room. They didn't work properly so we had to go back to the reception many times.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 8 days and have zero complaints. Hotel is a short walk away from the metro and steps away from great restaurants and bars. It’s so safe and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Breakfast is delicious as well. You can’t go wrong with this lovely hotel.

The hotel was fine; good location and well appointed. We were very disappointed to be faced with a EUR112 charge on check-out for "breakfast" which we had assumed was included in the room rate. No one advised us to the contrary until after the breakfast on our last morning and we would have not bothered had we known. This really put a dampener on the experience. We mentioned this at check-out but we not offered any redress just that our feedback would be passed on.

Great welcome, friendly staff but have debited my card for a transaction which I do not know what. Have tried emailing them to find out more but think it was an unmonitored one. I was told I would have to pay 50 euros for taxes when I checked out but this was included in the price when I booked. They have not charged me for that so must have realised their error afterwards but have still charged me for £12 something - I do not know why. I paid cash at hotel bar and did not use the minibar

I liked the balcony of the junior suite very much. Overall the hotel experience was good, the bed was comfy, the room quiet. The staff was also fine exept the man at the reception who checked us in. He was unwilling with everything. He wouldn't gave us the welcome drink voucher (i'm Accor platinum) didn't even say welcome. At the 3rd day our room wasn't cleaned up en we had to ask the same man at the front desk 3 times before he sent somebody to clean, 2 hours later at 19.00h. We asked for a later checkout but refused. I asked another staff member and he was happy to give us a later check out. What was wrong with this man?

We stayed two nights and found the room was very good. Breakfast was a little over priced if not included but food was good. Staff very helpful. Building is really nicely renovated but location is not as central as others.

The front office staff lacks empathy for the customer. They charged us for the breakfast even after telling that it is optional. We had not taken breakfast but had to pay 30 euros for the breakfast. The front office staff had initially denied checkin saying that our booking cannot be found in the system. They made us make a new booking by paying 300 euros for stay and 30 euros for the breakfast. They delayed the checkin even after payment and told us that rooms are not available for next day. At checkout they again offered us rooms. The front office is a total mess. Only one emoployee at the front office was empathetic and allowed us to keep the luggage in the luggage room. If you want to mess us your holidays and experience a stay where every thing is about money, please book this hotel.

I know they really tried to help you as your initial booking had been done through a fake travel agency, therefore we did not have it in our system. As you might be aware we were really busy during the New Year period and we were fully booked for the 31st when you checked in but had some cancellations within the night due to the current strike in Paris, that is why some rooms were available in the morning. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and especially regarding the interaction with our staff as it is not the type of service we usually provides, in opposite we often have positive feedback for that. Although I arrived early the room was ready which was a relief. The staff were very helpful with tips on best use of the Metro and nearby good restaurants. The room was well equipped with excellent shower and bed but it was rather small for it to qualify as very comfortable.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was good, nothing exceptional. To get a five star rating not much would be required. but a bit more of awareness of the staff. As I said very friendly but a bit amateurs. Why? if you have to ask every morning (an not only us) for glasses for juice, almost no cover complete (fork, spoon oder knife missing), if the bring you a new coffee the leave the old empty cup on the table... Thats what I experienced both mornings at breakfast. There was enough staff. A small problem I know ;-)
