Welcoming reception and we were kindly given an upgrade. It was nice to have bathrobes, slippers, nice products and a coffee machine in our room. A small fridge and a safe were good too. The team in the bar, restaurant and breakfast room were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an evening meal that was very good and breakfast was delicious. There were some downsides. The room was very warm and impossible to cool down. Even though we were on the top floor there was a lot of noise from the street going on until 6am. Whilst breakfast was lovely, particularly with an egg station, the layout was a bit confusing. The hotel is in a great location very handy for the tram. It’s a short walk to the river and ideal for a stroll to key sights.

This hotel is a very decent choice. Personnel were very friendly and gave a great map and recommendation at the city! Unfortunately we didn’t get a warning of the running event, so getting to the airport was suddenly a real challenge.
