Everyone at the front desk was gracious and helpful-much appreciated as I was a first time visitor to Bilbao. The property is well located with easy access to restaurants and shops as well as the museum.

well located but not that clean

the hotel is at a very good location but unfortunately the room had a very noisy aircon (waking us up during the night) and also noisy bathroom. towels and room in general were a bit worn out. Next time I might go for a different hotel.

This hotel provided us with the best final night to our road trip around the Basque country. The bed was divine, I loved that I could soak in the bath and enjoy the lovely NUXE products too. Aste Nagusia was in full flow and we had a wonderful night listening to music and watching the fireworks. We finished the night off with a drink in the hotel bar. We had the best nights sleep and I think the party went on all night from what we saw in the morning, but the soundproofing in the hotel meant we didn't get disturbed at all. The staff were great and our taxi arrived promptly to take us to the airport.

If you travel a lot and when you come here you see that this is not a 4 star hotel but more 3 star superior. The room and some hotel areas could be also more clean and tidy, however.... I like a lot the location, very central, also the breakfast was tasty and the whole hotel staff was super attentive and friendly. Enjoy!
